FREE SHIPPING on all Diaper Sets and orders over $70.00 and any Bummis Wraps!
- Little Neetchers charges actual shipping to save you money. No handling fees are added and you choose what shipping method. UPS or USPS.
- Orders over $70.00 ship for FREE via USPS Priority mail or UPS Ground (except international, HI, AK, and APO addresses-actual shipping with an insurance option).
- Gift wrapping is free, please email to request.
FREE SHIPPING INFORMATION
- We offer free shipping on all Diaper Sets.You are charged actual shipping costs on any other items unless your entire order is over $70.00 (you receive free shipping on all orders over $70.00). Shipping is calculated by weight.
- ALL Free Shipping promotions are for the the contiguous USA only.
- Little Neetchers ships via the US Postal Service (USPS) your choice of International First Class, International Priority or International Express to international addresses at the cost of the customer. Free shipping does not apply to international orders. Actual shipping will be calculated after the order is placed. Additional shipping charges may apply or charges may be refunded. All international, HI, AK, and APO address will have an insurance option for an additional fee - if you choose not to insure it is at the customers discretion and the customer is responsible if the package is lost or damaged in transit. The quoted delivery times are business days and do not take into account any delays caused by customs.
- Shipping prices do not take into account any duties that may or may not be due upon receipt and these fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
- ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO A 5% RESTOCKING FEE IF ORDER IS CANCELED BEFORE SHIPPED. IF YOU WOULD LIKE A SHIPPING QUOTE BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER PLEASE EMAIL US.
- Most items are in stock and will ship in 1-3 business days, if we do not have the item you purchased we will notify you by email immediately and give you a date by which you will receive the item or give you the opportunity to have your money refunded.
- All orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped USPS First Class, Priority Mail, or UPS Ground depending on the weight.
- You should receive your order within 2-7 business days but please allow up to 14 days for delivery (USPS will not track orders until 14 business days have past).
- Please email Little Neetchers for rush delivery (additional charges may be applied).
- To further preserve the environment, we reuse boxes and packing materials whenever possible. We hope you do the same!
RETURN POLICY:
You may return or receive credit for any unwashed, unused, and in original packaging (if applicable) items within 30 days of original purchase date for a full refund (less shipping).
Please include a printed receipt from your email (if you don't have a printer please write the date of order, order number, your name, address, email address, phone number) and let us know what you would like us to do (refund or credit).
If free shipping was applied to the original order, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from the purchase price. We do this as we do not mark up our products to offer free shipping on your intital order however in order for us to continue to offer free shipping if a product is returned we deduct our original shipping costs instead of a restocking fee.
Usually returns are handled within a couple of days of us receiving them but please do allow up to 2 weeks for processing.

MANUFACTURER DEFECTS:
Manufacturer defects are errors with a product that happened during manufacturing.
Most manufacturers require their defective items be handled directly through them. Please contact us and we will give you the manufacturer's contact information.
